First get you accounts set up - blogspot, facebook, twitter and twitterfeed.
Sign in to twitterfeed and enter the rss feed of your blog - normally http://yourblog.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default
Next choose the services you want your blog to feed - twitter and facebook, sign in to each service with twitterfeed and give it permission to publish to your account.
Click 'Create Service' and you are done - Simple!
